Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Shree Shyam CCTV, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Shree Shyam CCTV provides CCTV camera installation, repair, maintenance, and related security services. All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on site conditions, additional requirements, or product availability. Final pricing will be confirmed after site survey.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of quotation. Typically, an advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the balance payable upon completion of installation.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year installation warranty on all our work. Product warranties are as per the manufacturer's terms. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, tampering, or natural disasters.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations made before the start of work are eligible for a full refund of the advance. If work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply as per the effort incurred.

Limitation of Liability

Shree Shyam CCTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
